"While we are disappointed that our team did not make the playoffs this season, we felt that we saw lots of progress in many of our younger players and the team's ability as a whole" said Cline. "We feel that this team is poised to make a Championship run next season under the guidance of Marty and Adam." |

High School Baseball: Monday, May 12, 2003 By Jerome Michaels The Crusaders from Bishop Eustace were looking to increase their number in the win column after losing on Saturday breaking their four game win streak. Cherry Hill East had other plans as were looking to keep pace in the American Division of the Olympic Conference. Both teams needed this game, not only to claim their divisional titles, but also compete against a competitive team preparing them for the upcoming postseason. The Crusaders would use the third and fourth innings to blow past the Cougars by a 9-3 margin. |
