Let's face it, guys want massive arms. Having "Big Guns" is the goal for many a man who trains with weights. For the ladies, the idea of having that fold of flab at the back of the arm is enough to keep them in long sleeved shirts for the whole summer. While building great biceps is important, I want you to know it is not in your best interest to ignore the tricep.

Season Opens For BTAA Girl's Softball

The bad weather postponed the Saturday opening game of the girl's softball league until Sunday at 12:30 pm. It didn't look like the game was going to be played, based on the way the weather was in the morning, but the sun came out and the kids had a lot of fun. The field was dry and in good shape, thanks to the coaches and parents that helped rake the field.
