The Vineland Hurricanes hit the road for Upper Twp. to meet the Raptors. The Hurricanes put together their biggest and best offensive performance of the Fall season. Vineland jumped on the Raptors early in the match. At the four minute mark, Vineland's Billy Redden launched his second cornerkick of the day at the Upper Twp. goal. The ball needled its way through most of the players to defender Evan Bostrom. Bostrom "bodied" the ball into the goal for a 1-0 lead. Upper Twp. fought back to knot the game at 1-1.

Talking about a tough battle in the trenches, the game between Shawnee Renegades and the Cherokee Chiefs was a hard hitting affair. Both teams saw players go off the field with injuries. The Chiefs came out to be the team with the victory. Doug Easlick was very successful running the ball in the Chiefs 21-7 victory over the Renegades.

Arguably, in their best overall performance of the season, the Washington Township Minutemen dominated Rancocas Valley on both sides of the ball in a convincing 51-19 romp. After spotting the Red Devils a 7-0 lead on a 13 yard run by Ryan Morrow, Washington Township scored 36 unanswered points, mainly behind the overpowering performance of the offensive line and a balanced running attack, led by quarterback Dave Crockett with the power of fullback Matt Scaravaglione and the slashing runs of Khalid Purnell.

When it comes to creating legs that are strong and shapely, there is something to keep in mind. Thighs are supposed to be big, and remember "big" is a relative term. The largest, heaviest bone in the body is the femur, which is covered with lots of muscle. Just think, in one thigh, the bone and the surrounding muscle can account for 5 to 10 percent of your body weight.
