Paul Wimbelton, a key player for the South Jersey Barons, watched from the sidelines as the Delaware Wizards easily held the Barons from clinching their first ever Mid-Atlantic division title. Wimbelton was serving a suspension for having received six yellow cards over the season. He may or may not have made a difference but without him they didn't have much of an offense. Even the usual fine play of Paul Royal wasn't enough to keep them in the game.

Summer Tennis Camp: Wednesday, July 29, 1998

This was just another example of a South Jersey resident giving back to his community and being recognized for his contributions to the youth. Today, 62 youths were not only excited about participating in the National Junior Tennis League (NJTL), but also trying to get the attention of two reporters from KYW Channel 3 News. Greg "Graig" White along with Lawrence E. Newton, Community Coordinator for the Philadelphia Youth Tennis (PYT), were doing what they do best: Providing an avenue for the young kids to take part in a well received tennis program.

What a great day for the 2nd annual Bill Kile Memorial Run. The run was held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken on Sat. July 25. The combination 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk and TAC-certified 4-Mile Run supports The William H. Kile Jr. Humanitarian Scholarship Fund.
