On Sunday, the Defending Champs celebrate their victory over Eden's Bar as well as Cinco De Mayo back at McDonnell's Bar & Grille with friends. The 4-0 team is in its fifth year with the Primetime League, Division A and is currently holding the Championship Title for the past two seasons. This year's coaches Shawn Whelan and Andy "The Dog" Scott say they are ready to take it all this season too.

Games are played every Sunday at 10am and they will be traveling to the Medford Class "D" Tournament, May 18th and the Virginia Beach Class "D" Tournament, May 24th.

The team gives special thanks to Bruce McDonnell of McDonnell's Bar & Grille located in Lindenwold and Chet Barnes of BCI Construction located in Blackwood for showing their continued support. Please come out for the games and stop by McDonnell's Bar & Grille, Voted Best of South Jersey, to celebrate with the Champs. Good Luck Guys.

Weyman's/Post 56 Update

After the Post 56's double-header sweep today over Super Chiropractic they now hold a 4-0 record. The first game was led by Chalie Lawton going 4 for 5 with 3 home runs. Billy Tighe 3 for 4, Joe Voight 3 for 4 and Dickie Bachman 3 for 3. Final Score for the first game was Post 56-12 and Super Chiropractic-11. Post 56 took game 2 by 17 runs over Super Chiropractic with a final score of 22-5 with Tom Small, John Yezzi, Brian Greene, and John Rouse combining to go 18 for 19 with 5 home runs. Come out next Sunday at 10am to watch the Post 56 vs. Harris Business at Mitchell's Field, East Clementon, their new home field. Great game guys!
