Soccer Spotlight: Philadelphia KiXX Partner with Jako Club Names German-based Apparel Company as Team's Official Uniform Supplier Through 2006-07 Campaign Tuesday, August 24, 2004 By David Deal Philadelphia KiXX Executive Vice President/General Manager Greg Bibb announced today that the club has partnered with German-based uniform supplier JAKO. As per League policy, financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. “It is with great pride that we introduce JAKO as our exclusive uniform provider,” Bibb stated. “The JAKO brand is synonymous throughout the world with quality and functionality. Our ability to partner with such a well-respected and recognizable soccer brand is yet another example of our ever-improving position on the professional sports landscape.” Per the partnership, JAKO becomes the official uniform supplier of the KiXX through the 2006-07 campaign. JAKO will also provide the club with all training apparel, travel equipment and practice gear. In addition, JAKO becomes the official t-shirt supplier for both the upcoming Citizens Bank Philadelphia KiXX 3v3 Tournament and the 2005 Citizens Bank Philadelphia KiXX Summer Kamp program. The open tryout will be held on September 9-10 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET, while the combine is slated for September 11-12 with training scheduled for 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ET on Saturday and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET on Sunday.
