Important notes:
Any special requests for scheduling must be made in writing and mailed with the application. We will attempt to honor all requests but we cannot guarantee it. Teams from out of state will not be scheduled for games on Friday evening unless requested. Thank you!
AGREEMENT:
I understand that once a team is accepted and later cancels, that the entry fee is forfeited. I also understand that booking hotel reservations through THS is for my assistance and not a requirement by the tournament. No refunds will be made in the unlikely event of cancellation of the tournament or shortening of any matches due to inclement weather.
