Eight different players scored for Township as they skated past Williamstown 9-1. Nino Cammaratta paced the Township attack with two goals, Jack McDonough scored the lone Williamstown goal. Township started out quickly as they launched sixteen shots in the first period, but Joshua Haines stopped them all and Williamstown actually led 1-0 heading into the second period. After Sean Rainey tied the game at 1-1, Township scored four goals in a span of five minutes to brake open a close game.
Marco Jordan, Fred Brewer, Jason Pelle and Cammaratta took advantage of their opportunity and Township led 5-1after two periods. With third period goals from Billy Choy, Dave Smetaniuk, Cammaratta and Chris Keyser in a span of five minutes, Township was in command at 9-1. The only other offensive highlight was a penalty shot awarded to Jack McDnough. It marked the first time in league history that two penalty shots were awarded in the same week. On both occasions, the shooters missed.
