Timber Creek has a basketball team that seems to have all the pieces in place to make life miserable for lots of teams in South Jersey. Their combination of size and speed, and the way they play the game is enjoyable to watch. Playing against a Pennsauken team that was as quick as they were, seemed not to pose a problem, they just went over the top and when they did the Indians had few people who could contest them. Pennsauken's shooting over a 1-3-1 zone watched as most of the shots turned into rebounds, the shots that came from the guards penetrating were blocked.
Timber Creek, led by the scoring one-tow punch of Kyle Hines and Kasmon Brown finished with 22 and 19 points respectively. Al Fisher finished with a team high 22. The lost was the first conference loss for the Indians.
