By Rellcam The Pennsauken Indians football team (3-0) took advantage of 4 turnovers by the Edgewood Eagles (2-1). Edgewood jumped out with a 12-0 lead in the first quarter on a 2-yard run by Brandon Osborne and a 1-yard run by QB Nick Rosetti. Pennsauken answered with a score of their own when their tailback, Derrick Singleton, plunged in for a 2 yard run. The Eagles led at the half 12-7. In the third, Pennsauken scored their winning touchdown on a 3 yard run by Calvin Belle. With 3 minutes remaining in the game, and the Eagles trailing 13-12, Eagles' QB Nick Rosetti connected with WR Kyle Murray for 40 yards. This moved the ball to the Indians 9-yard line. Two plays later, the Eagles fumbled away their chance for victory. The Eagles QB botched a handoff with fullback Matt Thomas. The Pennsauken Indians recovered and escaped with a 13-12 win over Edgewood. Photos by Forrest Robleto
