A battle between two good boy's soccer team turned into a one-sided matchup as the Minutemen from Washington Township traveled to Lenape High School to take on the Indians. Township would take the lead in this game and never looked back. Brad Dean was very successful in this game as he scored two goals to lead the Minutemen's charge while Ryan Bradley was magnificent only allowing one goal in this game. Township walked away with a 5-1 victory when it counted.
Washington Township was looking to even their record at 2-2 going into this game and get back to their winning ways that most have expected from them. Both the Minutemen and Lenape were chasing Shawnee, Eastern and Cherokee on top of the Olympic Conference American Division. Township would take advantage of most of their scoring chances the Indians gave them.
Washington Township would take a 3-0 lead into the second half before Lenape finally got on the scoreboard when Mike Whittaker found the back of the net. Lenape would respond with two more goals to end the scoring in this game. Besides Brad Dean's two goals, Chris Shelton, John Jordan and Tim Carrier also scored in this game.
