The season has started out well for Haddonfield so far and they were looking to continue that success. It is hard not to look ahead at their match-up against Eastern later on in the week, but Haddonfield would have to take it one game at a time. The Bulldogs had battled West Deptford to a one goal victory and keeper Christina Puggi was looking to come up with another defensive contest in front of the net and Haddonfield's defense would help her out. Haddonfield would score three times in this game and shut out Haddon Heights by that 3-0 margin.
The Garnets started out their season with a one goal loss to Haddon Township and knew that their play was good enough to win that game. Against Haddonfield, their offense was unable to score a goal. Meredith Sabatini would get the game’s first goal and Haddonfield’s defense would keep the Garnets from tying this game early on. Ellen Speake would double their lead and before you knew it, Haddonfield would be in complete control of this game. Kelly Knecht would provide the final goal of this game and the Lady Bulldogs would remain undefeated.
