On Tuesday, Dajuan Wagner and the top ranked Camden Panthers tapped off against the Eagles of Edgewood. The stands were packed, with standing room only. Both sides of the court bleachers were pulled out for the spectators and every seat was taken. An announcement was made that you probably should not leave your seat at half time because it might not be there for you when you came back. DaJuan scored 52 points (5 from 3 point land), but it was a sloppy 52 (if you could believe it) in Camden's 85 to 64 win.

The game started off with Camden winning the tip and the ball going to Wagner. From way outside the 3-point arc, NBA distance, Wagner let one fly and it hit all net. Camden was out to a quick 3-0 lead. Edgewood broke the press and had an open shot, but missed. Camden came down again, but from the other side, Wagner hit another 3. The stands that were at first noisy, were now quieting down. Edgewood again missed, but this time Wagner threw up an air ball, getting the crowd got back into the game. With 4:31 left in the first quarter, Edgewood called time out. The score was Camden 10-Edgewood 0.

The quarter ended 24-8, as Wagner had 12 points, but also had three air balls. With time running out in the half, Wagner let a shot go from just over half court. The ball hit the rim and bounced in to give Camden a 50-21 lead. With 1:12 left in the third quarter, the score Camden 62 - Edgewood 32, Edgewood started to get the steals and make their baskets. Edgewood scored the next seven points to end the quarter at 62-39. Antraye Miles hit a big 3-point shot as time ran out on the third quarter. Miles ended the game with 30 points, and seven 3-point baskets.

The game ended 85-65 on the scoreboard, but the real score was 85-64. The players from Edgewood never gave up and kept hustling all game. Wagner did show some great plays, but it wasn't the show that I think a lot of spectators were hoping to see. He got in two dunks at the end of the game. Edgewood missed 17 lay-ups and was 14-24 from the line. Camden was 22-31 from the line, and Wagner was 14-20.
