Haddon Heights Defeats Rusty Edgewood In Scrimmage

After the snow melted and the field dried, the girls finally got a chance to go outside and play. The day was very windy and chilly, but the sun was shining. It was a great day to play softball. It was a scrimmage between Haddon Heights and a very young Edgewood team at Edgewood High School.

The top of the first inning saw Edgewood trying to knock some of the rust off. They made a couple of errors and Haddon Heights hit the ball to the opposite field due to the fast pitching. In the bottom of the first, Haddon Heights' pitcher retired Edgewood 1, 2, 3.
