The Jaguars from Medford Tech traveled to Delran to take on the Bears in a Burlington County Conference basketball game. Both of these teams were looking for a way to put an end to their losing streak. The Jaguars would jump out to a double digit lead through the first half only to watch Delran cut their deficit to two points early in the third quarter. But Medford Tech would respond by matching Delran's intensity and defeat the Bears by a 67-53 score.
The Jaguars started this game by disrupting Delran’s offense with aggressive defense. Their efforts would be rewarded by posting a 17-5 lead at the start of the second quarter. From that point on, both teams would match each other pretty much point for point. With a 27-15 lead to start the second half, Delran managed to outscore the Jaguars by ten points to make a game out of this inter conference game. Medford Tech, behind Kendall White’s 19 points and Antwuan Rowe’s 18 points, proved to be too strong for Delran down the stretch. Kelvin White would also finish in double figures with 11 points for the Jaguars. Josh Tomago led Delran in scoring with 14 points.
