Athletes between the ages of 13 on up who feel as though they are not nearly as good as they could be and want to get better should enroll in this new addition to The Rutgers University Training Arsenal. "Coaches tell there athletes to stay in shape over the summer and some get very little guidance or the join a local gym for the summer and still can't get it done. What we are doing is inviting athletes to come and join us. We offer techniques that are proven in the enhancement of athletic performance." Says Graig White, Director of Performance Enhancement at Rutgers and Camp Director. "Our staff here is top notch and by the end of the 6 weeks you will be ready to take on any and all of the challenges that come along with competing.

The camp is open to males and females and features.

*How to eat for maximum gains.
*A high intensity technique for massive strength gains.
*How to get stronger without getting bigger.
*How to minimize fatigue and get the most out of your strength training.
*How to become stronger and live to tell about it.

The cost is $150.00 for the 6 weeks and program days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Workouts start at 6:00 sharp in the Rutgers University gym. For more information contact Graig White at 856-225-6197 or fit2hit@hotmail.com
