Graig White, a leader in innovative performance enhancement training techniques has joined forces with the Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club. The President and founder of Team Conditioning Systems will be the exclusive provider of strength and speed training protocols to competitive junior tennis players.
"This will be an added dimension to the programs that we currently offer to athletes who want to play at a higher level." Says Mike Perrone, Director of Tennis.

Graig is Director of Performance Enhancement at Rutgers University at Camden. His focus is on developing training protocols that assist average players improve their level of play. Has also been named by South Jersey Magazine, as one of the 22 People in South Jersey to look out for in 2002.
