South Jersey Baseball: Monday, June 14, 2004 By Chuck Betson The Atlantic City Surf were held to six hits last night in a 12-3 loss to the Long Island Ducks at Citibank Park. Raul Marval and Dario Delgado were able to deliver two hits each, but the rest of the team was only able to scratch two more hits among them. Lance Davis was the winning pitcher and raised his record to 4-3, while Marty Barnett took the loss and dropped his record to 2-3. The Surf now drop to 2-4 on this road trip, with three games remaining and have fallen out of first place. They will try to right the ship with a trip to Nashua today when they send Andy Zwirchitz to the hill. First pitch is set for 6:35.
