Stacey Tullock's goal in stoppage time helped the Charge salvage a point and remain in the hunt for the postseason. Tuloock's goal came in dramatic fashion, as just moments earlier Philadelphia leading scorer Marinette Pichon was carted off the field with a lower back contusion and goalkeeper Melissa Moore made a save on an Allie Sullivan on a breakaway. The tie moved the Charge to 3-6-4 for 13 points this season. The team gained a point on seventh place San Jose, which has 17, and is only seven points behind fourth-place New York. Philadelphia has two games in hand over the CyberRays and Power. |
