The Fall '98 Travelling Soccer Season is underway. This Fall, the Vineland Hurricanes Under-12 boys have blown back into the North American Division. The Hurricanes are now considered one of the top twelve boys travel teams in South Jersey in their age group. The Fall schedule has the boys playing a rugged schedule with matches against two former Olympic clubs (Mt. Laurel and Medford). In early November we'll journey to Princeton to play the "Union". None of the teams on the schedule will be easy.

Hi Graig: I coach a local Under-13 girls travel soccer team that plays a pretty competitive schedule. My girls are old enough now to benefit from some type of conditioning program to help them get ready for the upcoming fall season. I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide in order for the players to improve their stamina and overall conditioning.
